Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on LookPeer.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation before the order is shipped or dispatched. Once the order has been packed, shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible at contect.tanishka@gmail.com with your order ID and registered contact details.

Cancellation by LookPeer

We may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, incorrect customer details, delivery serviceability issue, repeated failed verification or suspected fraudulent activity.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch and payment has been successfully received, refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval. Bank or payment provider timelines may vary.
